Carriage Museum

Pitti Palace’s carriage collection documents vehicles used by the grand-ducal and royal courts in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. Carriages, sedan chairs and harnesses preserve the carving, gilding, painting and textiles of traditional craftsmanship.
