In Galluzzo, south of Florence, a large mural by the Argentine artist Francisco Bosoletti stretches across the area of small social housing blocks.
Created in 2021 for the seven-hundredth anniversary of Dante Alighieri’s death, The Last Judgement occupies six façades. Its separate sections form a single composition across the different walls.
The large figures convey strength and suffering. Painted in shades of grey, they create the effect of a photographic negative.
