Nata con la Guêpière

On Saturday 24 October 2026, Teatro Cartiere Carrara in Florence presents Nata con la Guêpière, the new show by Valentina Persia, an actress, comedian and dancer known to television audiences for La sai l’ultima and numerous other programmes. In this one-woman show, written with Alessandro Clemente, she looks back on her life after turning 50 with humour and honesty, starting with a provocative question: ‘Has fate treated me like a gentleman… or not?’ Through sharp jokes, personal anecdotes and observations on society, Valentina Persia recounts loves, mistakes, memories, unfulfilled dreams and unexpected achievements, also giving voice to the experiences and contradictions of an entire generation. Comedy intertwines with more intimate and emotional moments, taking a light-hearted look at life’s changes, regrets and everyday follies. An engaging show that moves between laughter, self-mockery and emotion, with Persia putting herself on the line without filters and turning personal experiences and vulnerabilities into an entertaining, liberating story.
